Arrive at Kathmandu airport and transfer to the hotel.
Set on a day out to explore the beauty of Kathmandu along with important stupas and temples. Visit Swayambhunath temple – a UNESCO World Heritage site. A religious place, the shrine also offers unbelievable views of the Himalayas. Relax and meditate at Kopan Monastery. Explore the temples and stupas at the impressive Durbar Square. Get to know the culture of Nepal as you visit the former palace Patan Museum.
Visit the holy Pashupatinath temple, the largest in Nepal. Done skillfully in Nepali architectural style, the temple worships lord Shiva and gives you insights to Hindu culture and practices. Get to know the Buddhist culture at Boudhanath Stupa. Surrounded with stunning landscapes, adorned with prayer flags and peaceful ambience, the stupa makes for a beautiful place to be at. Later, head to Bhaktapur and visit ancient Changu Narayan temple and pray at the tallest temple in Nepal – Nyatapola temple. Visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square and architectural beauty the Windows Palace.
Drive to Chitwan (6 HRS). Experience the thrill as you stop at Trishuli River for rafting amidst spectacular views. Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Have a wonderful experience in the wild as you visit Chitwan National Park. A gem of Nepal, the sprawling park is home to Royal Bengal Tigers, endangered One Horned Rhino and migratory birds. Enjoy a Jeep safari or ride on the elephant to explore the wildlife of Chitwan.
Drive to Lumbini (4.5 HRS) Lumbini- the birthplace of Buddha is a pilgrimage site that attracts numerous buddhists from across the globe. Visit the Sacred Garden, a spiritual and serene place that takes you to different spots that narrate life stories of Gautam Buddha. Get to see the Maya Devi Temple to view ancient stupas and a sacred pool where the newborn Buddha was given a holy bath. Stop at the symbol of hope Eternal Peace Flame.
Head to Bandipur (4.5 HRS). Bandipur is a picturesque town with breathtaking views of mountains and valleys.
Go on a walking tour to explore the beauty of Bandipur bazaar, an ancient trading centre. The vibrant market has impressive cafes and shops to stop by. The freshly made donuts are a must try at the bazaar. Drive to Pokhara ( 2HRS).
Experience spectacular sunrise views as you hike up to Sarangkot viewpoint to watch the Himalayas closely. Later stop by the magnificent Devi Falls, a unique waterfall where the water runs down through a rocky tunnel. Visit the calm and beautiful Bindabasini temple, charming Seti Gorge and a ride in the colourful boats at the freshwater Phewa Lake.
