Summer: The most favorable time to visit Himachal Pradesh is from September to June (Mild Summers), when most of this region experiences a pleasant climate. The temperatures can range from 10 Degree Celsius to 25 Degree Celsius, according to the altitude and location. 

Areas with higher altitudes (Spiti, Lahaul, Kinnaur) experience freezing temperatures that range from -25 Degrees Celsius to -13 Degrees Celsius in December and January.

Monsoon: Monsoon is when the temperatures gradually warm down to 15 Degree Celsius to 30 Degree Celsius. This is when the flora and fauna are in their full bloom, adding to the natural beauty of the region.The ideal time of year to engage in outdoor pursuits like hiking and touring is now.
