Payment Policy

We at Resplendent Travel strive to give you an exceptional hospitality and tour experience. Our team consists of experienced and committed travel advisors and other service providers who work in sync 24/7 to ensure you have a comfortable and smooth tour in India. 

Life is unpredictable and any untoward incidents can force you to cancel your plans. We do understand the uncertainties and hence have tried our best to be as lenient as possible with our cancellation and refund policies.

Foreign Exchange Conversion

It is important to understand that the Foreign Exchange rates quoted by us can differ from the ones posted online and exchange rate online portals or on the Reserve Bank of India website. The currency rate fluctuates everyday and bank charges on exchange services are to be considered. 

Payment Terms 

  1. For smooth functioning we expect an advance payment of 500 Dollars/ Euros/ GBP per individual or Rs 35000 on confirmation of the tour plan. All the further travel arrangements will be taken care of after the payment of this amount. 
  2. The remaining tour amount can be paid once we confirm and send your travel tickets and hotel booking details and vouchers if any. 

 Payment Methods  

  1. You can easily make payment on our website through a secure third party payment gateway. We accept all types of Visa and Mastercard. Please note any transaction fee incurred by the bank will be billed to your invoice. 
  2. Payments are also accepted through bank transfer, however the bank transaction charges need to be taken care of by you. 
  3. You can also pay us via TransferWise. Extra charges levied by TransferWise shall be paid by you. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

  1. We completely understand that unavoidable situations can come up forcing you to step back and cancel your plans. Hence, we have tried our best to be flexible and fair with our refund and cancellation policy. 
  2. Amount paid to the hotel for your accommodation is subject to cancellation as per the policy of the hotel. The refund amount shall be paid back to your bank account in full. 
  3. Similarly, air and train charges  are subject to cancellation as per the airline’s and railway’s policies and the said amount shall be transferred to you once we receive from the respective parties. 
  4. For any car services booked through us, we completely try from our end to get your money refunded. 
  5. Any amount paid for attractions or activities or other customised arrangements, we strive to get you a complete amount refunded, if not the best amount that can be offered. 
  6. Please note consultation charges and taxes deducted on goods and services by the government are NON- REFUNDABLE. 
  7. Please understand that the refund process can take up to two to three weeks as we can process the amount once received by the hotel, airline, railway or car services. We expect you to cooperate and be patient with the refund process. 
  8. Incase of cancellation, the amount shall be processed to the customer’s Bank or Credit card account in 10 working days. 

Changes to Payment Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy 

  1. Please note the Payment terms, cancellation and refund policy is subject to change and the Resplendent Travel company reserves the right for the same. 
  2. Any such changes shall be informed to you via email.
